JROTC is in 1,700 schools across America and started in 1917. 

Ft. Leavenworth, KS has the oldest JROTC Program in America. 

The Mission of JROTC is to "Motivate Young People to Be Better Citizens"

JROTC offers credits in Physical Education (PE), Speech and The Fine Arts.


The JROTC Program also offers:

  1. Armed Exhibition Team (The Guardians Drill Team).
  2. Armed Color Guard (The Slow Step Color Guard).
